Willmer Construction is a remodeling company built on repeat customers and neighbors who pass the number along. That only happens if the work holds up.

Willmer Sarmiento has been in the trade for 28+ years. He quotes the work, plans it, and is on site while it is being built — which is why the answer to “who do I talk to about this?” is always the same person. There is no layer of account managers between you and the crew holding the tools.

The company is Bonded and insured, carrying $2 million general liability cover, and the work is backed by a guarantee: One year on our workmanship. Deliberate damage is not covered. We will go through all of that before your project starts rather than leaving it as a line on a website — including the parts of a job we would rather hand to a specialist.

We work out of Livingston, in Polk County, and take jobs across Livingston and Polk County through to greater Houston. Small repairs and single rooms are genuinely welcome — plenty of the whole-house work we do now started as one bathroom for somebody who wanted to see how we worked before committing to more.
