Additions & New Builds
An addition has to look like it was always there. That comes down to framing that is square and a roofline that ties in properly — not to the paint color.
We start under the ground. Footings and slab or pier work get set out before anything goes vertical, because an addition built on a foundation that was rushed will tell on itself at every door and window for the rest of its life. From there the framing goes up straight, and we tie the new roof into the old one so the valley drains instead of collecting.
Second stories bring their own question: whether what is already standing can carry another floor. We work that out before you commit to it, not after demolition has started. Ground-up builds run the same way, from the pad through framing, dry-in, and finish, with one crew answerable for the whole thing.
What this covers
- Room additions — bedrooms, primary suites, sunrooms, garages
- Second-story additions, with the existing structure assessed first
- Ground-up new construction from pad to final walkthrough
- Footings, slabs, and pier-and-beam foundations
- Framing, dry-in, and roof tie-ins that drain correctly
- Siding, windows, and doors matched to the existing house
- Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC extended into the new space
Before you commit to anything
Bring us your drawings if you have them. If you do not, we can work from what you want the room to do and where you want it to sit.
A walkthrough for additions & new builds costs you nothing: Nothing. The walkthrough and the quote cost you nothing. We cover Livingston and Polk County through to greater Houston, so booking one is a matter of finding a time rather than a distance.
