Where we work
We are based in Livingston, Polk County, and work south and west from there — Livingston and Polk County through to greater Houston.
Distance changes how a job is scheduled, not whether we take it. For anything more than a day or two of work we plan the crew around the drive so the site is not standing idle, which is the thing that actually costs you money on an out-of-town remodel.

Home ground. The shop is here, so a walkthrough in town is usually the easiest one to book in the same week.

Onalaska Polk County
Around the west side of Lake Livingston. Close enough that lake-house work gets the same attention as a job five minutes from the shop.

A few miles south on US 59. Small-town work we treat exactly like the rest — same crew, same quote process.

Coldspring San Jacinto County
West across the lake. Worth a call if you are on the San Jacinto side and struggling to get a contractor to show up and quote.

North-west on SH 190. Regular territory for additions and whole-house work.

Cleveland Liberty County
South on US 59, between Livingston and the Houston suburbs. Comfortable range for a multi-week job.

On the I-45 corridor. Kitchen and bathroom remodels here are well within our normal run.

High-finish work where the detail is the point — carpentry, stone, and tile that has to be right.

North Houston. Far enough that we plan the schedule around the drive, close enough to do it properly.

The southern end of our range. We take Houston work on where the scope justifies the travel — say so at the walkthrough and we will be straight with you about it.

The list above is where we work regularly, not a fence. If you are an hour past the furthest town on it and the job is substantial, it may still make sense — and if it does not, we will say that on the phone rather than driving out and pricing it high enough to put you off.
Either way the call costs nothing: Nothing. The walkthrough and the quote cost you nothing.
